    OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
    Matt Lancaster, Butler

    Lancaster needed just one half to amass four touchdown passes in Butler’s 49-24 victory against Wittenberg, Saturday. He completed 13-of-17 passes for 205 yards and the four touchdown strikes. Lancaster wasted no time getting the Bulldogs offense on the board, throwing an 18-yard touchdown pass to Quinn Murphy. Each of his four touchdown passes went to a different receiver and the last put Butler ahead 35-3 with 2:12 left in the first half.

    Monnier had a league best 2½ tackles for loss as part of a 14-tackle outing in Dayton’s 23-20 victory against Duquesne, Saturday. He also had Dayton’s lone sack which proved important as it stalled a Duquesne first-quarter drive inside the Dayton 10-yard line and forced a field goal.

    Donald Payne, Stetson
    Freshman | Linebacker | Fayetteville, Ga.
    Payne posted a league-best 15 tackles in Stetson’s 20-13 loss at Florida Tech, Saturday. He recorded 11 solo tackles as a part of that effort. Payne had an interception in the end zone to thwart a second-quarter drive and maintain a 10-0 Stetson lead. He also was credited with three passes defended. It is Payne’s second consecutive PFL weekly defensive honor.

    SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
    William Will, Dayton

    RS-Freshman | Kicker | Mokena, Ill.
    Will was responsible for all nine of Dayton’s second half points in a 23-20 come-from-behind victory against Duquesne, Saturday. In fact, his three field goals were the only points scored by either team in the second half as he rallied the Flyers from a 20-14 halftime deficit. Will connected on kicks from 32, 25 and 25 yards and tacked on a pair of PATs. He also handled kickoff duties with his six kickoffs averaging 54 yards per kick (36.0 net) with two touchbacks.
